Introducing geofencing capabilities
With the new geofencing capabilities available through our time clock, you’re able to more closely monitor employee activity and ensure workers are where they need to be when they need to be there.
You can prevent employees from interacting with the time clock while outside of the project radius, flag employees while on the clock based on project radius, and push clock-related reminders based on location.
Feature Update
Observation notifications
You can now select company-wide recipients to receive notifications for future observations based on default categories such as project, class, and priority level. This helps ensure that the right people get the right information quickly without overburdening anyone. You can access the feature under Company > Observations > Notifications.
Integration Update
Sync equipment data with integrations
Users of Sage 100, Sage 300 CRE, Vista Spectrum, and Viewpoint Vista can now automatically import equipment and fleet records to Raken, eliminating the need for double entry. Paired with Raken's recent upgrades to equipment management, this new feature will help customers better track fleet location, performance, maintenance, and more.
