From ease-of-use to reporting, we’ve made several changes to further improve our beneficial resource scheduling tool.
Track materials and equipment directly within a shift. Ensure the right items are where they need to be when they need to be there. No double scheduling or unnecessary delays.
Run labor hour reports to compare scheduled vs actual labor hours based on time entered in Raken to identify mismatches and inconsistencies that need to be addressed.
Color code shifts to make organizing easier. Plus, drag and drop shifts across high level week or month views.
Save shifts as drafts to make adjustments later as needed.

AI photo tagging
Our new AI feature tags photos for you so you don’t have to scroll through hundreds of pictures to find the one you need. Photos captured with Raken can now be automatically tagged and organized with AI, which makes searching and filtering for the right one easier and quicker.
