September is here, and that means things are starting to cool down. But not here at Raken—we’re looking ahead to the fourth quarter with a new feature enhancement to highlight, plus some helpful tips and tricks and a story about how our new resource scheduling and geofencing capabilities helped one customer more effectively leverage their workforce.
Feature Enhancement
Setting project time tracking policies
To simplify and standardize time tracking across your projects, Raken time policies enables admins to set policies for overtime, breaks, shifts, and more for select employee groups (or set a single company-wide default policy).
However, if you have projects with unique time tracking requirements, such as specific union or geographic/local regulations, you can now also create a project policy, which acts as an exception that overrides the employees' default time policy.
