What’s new
New employee-based payroll policies are replacing project level time settings
Create company-wide, configurable time policies for custom employee groups for a higher level of control, consistency, and accuracy across projects.
You can now:
Create custom, company-wide time tracking policies
Select an employee group or set a company-wide default policy
Set policies for overtime, breaks, shifts and more, that will automatically be applied to your select employee groups across projects
Create custom rounding rules for clock in/out and breaks to alleviate hassle of editing time cards and dealing with micro periods of work time
Action required:
To activate new policy settings, an account admin will need to take the following action:
Log into the web app.
Go to Company > Time > Policies from the left hand navigation bar.
Follow the automated step-by-step instructions to review, update, and enable your new time policy.

Use crew time to get a clear, mobile friendly view of your crew's time
Using crew time, supervisors can review, update, and approve timesheets by employees or crew across projects on mobile. Get a filtered, mobile friendly view of your crew's time:
View and edit time cards for accuracy
Review compliance with clock in/out questions and Photo ID
Capture employee signatures and approve time
Crew time provides an easy way for supervisors to manage all workers’ time in the same place, without having to open every project individually.
More easily manage personal time across projects
With our new my time view, employees can quickly create multiple time cards across various projects to more easily log and sign off on time.
Instead of having to create time cards within each individual project, you have one convenient location to:
Easily log time for multiple projects
Create and sign off on time cards with simple project selection
Get a personal view of all your time and quickly make edits
What’s released
Copy functionality has replaced rollover
We’ve upgraded rollover to give you the flexibility and control to select which work logs or time cards you want to copy from the previous day.
Our new copy feature:
Allows you to copy work logs from any report date
Defaults to all worklogs from the previous day, just like rollover
Can be used to copy completed or empty logs
You’ll gain:
More control - Copy any number of logs from any report
More transparency - There’s no more automatic log creation
Less confusion - Say goodbye to unused, empty logs that need to be ignored or deleted
