Having employees in the field with improper or expired certifications can be a major liability. Ensuring that all employees are certified reassures you and your customers that your employees have received proper training and experience in their respective fields.
How it works
Raken certifications allow you and your team to record all your employees' certifications in a simple and straightforward way. Reports can be generated at any time to determine the status of your employees' certifications.
Logging employee certifications
Log into the Raken web app.
Click the Team tab at the top of the page.
Select the name of the person for which you would like to add a certification.
Click the option labeled Certifications on the left side of the page.
Click the orange + Certification to add a new certification to the employee.
In the page that appears, select the certification, the date of expiration of that certification, and the description of that certification.
Attach any supporting documents if desired.
Click the orange Save button.
